If you are a Variety Agent and haven’t logged into your Account online or would like some further information, this guide is for you.
To log into your Account you will need your Agency number and PIN. If you are unsure of your PIN please contact the office.
If you would like to take a look around a demo Account, you can. Here are the details you need:

We like to make things easy and straightforward so we keep all of your customers payments and orders separate. To log in, please click here or on the Log In button in the top right hand corner of the website.

Once you are logged in, this is the screen you will see:
To view an up-to-date statement, please click on the button on the home page (circled in this example):
Customers & new orders tab
Once you click on the Customers & new orders tab you are taken to this page. You can add a new customer’s order by clicking on the green button. You can also see what each of your customers have ordered, what payments they have made, edit their address and amend their orders.
Make a payment tab
It is very quick and easy to make a payment online using your debit card. Simply click on the make a payment tab and you’ll be taken to this page. You then need to simply choose which customer/s you want to make a payment for:
On the next page you will be asked to confirm, before being directed to Sage Page to make your payment. Once we receive your payment in the office we will process it and it will then show on your online payment history:
Order stationery tab
If you click on the Request more stationery tab you can ask for more order forms, brochures, freepost envelopes etc. to be posted to you.
