Bonfire Night Crunchy Chicken

 

Ingredients:

8 chicken drumsticks, skinned

2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

1 tablespoon clear honey

2 small packets of plain crisps (crushed) or approx. 50g (2oz) cornflakes

Method:

1. Mix together the tomato ketchup and honey then coat each drumstick with the mixture

2. Put the crisps (or cornflakes) into a shallow dish and carefully roll each drumstick in the mixture until covered all over

3. Place onto a well greased or lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Check they are fully cooked and serve hot.
