- Regular payments are required, either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. All orders, including late orders, must be paid for in full by 1st November 2024.
- Variety Christmas Savings Club reserves the right to cancel or amend any order, if weekly payments are more than five weeks in arrears.
- To cover administration costs, Variety Christmas Savings Club reserves the right, on all orders cancelled up to 1st September 2024, to levy a charge of 5% of the order value being cancelled (with a minimum charge of £5). After 1st September 2024, as all orders have been committed, this charge increases to 10% of the order value being cancelled (with a minimum charge of £5).
- No cash refunds will be permitted. Any refunds will be issued in gift cards or vouchers.
- Changes to an order (to an equal or greater value) will only be accepted in writing on or before 1st October 2024. No changes will be permitted after this date.
- The gift cards and vouchers you have ordered will be sent to you by the end of November 2024, provided that all the order is fully paid for by 1st November 2024. Delays in settlement of the accounts after this date will cause delays in the gift cards and voucher delivery.
- In the event of supply difficulty, Variety Christmas Savings Club reserves the right to substitute any goods with another of equal or greater retail value.
- Variety Christmas Savings Club cannot be held responsible for any deed, action or conduct by you in relation to your account unless authorised in writing by ourselves.
- Variety Christmas Savings Club cannot be held accountable for any payments you make that are not received by us. Payments made are deemed your responsibility until received by Variety Christmas Savings Club. You may contact us directly to check your account balance.
- In all communications to Variety Christmas Savings Club, please state your Name, address and customer reference number which will be provided once your order has been processed.
