We’re always working behind the scenes to improve the Variety experience for our Agents and Savers — and we’re excited to share a few updates that are on the way!
Following a recent internal meeting focused on user experience, we’ve started work on some exciting upgrades to both the Agent and Saver Portals. These changes are all designed to make things simpler, smarter, and more supportive — so you can spend less time chasing admin and more time enjoying the rewards.
Here’s a quick look at what’s coming soon:
🔐 Easier Login & Password Reset
Logging in will be quicker and easier with options to use your email or Agent code, plus new password reset tools to get you back in fast if you forget your details.
📊 A Smarter, More Helpful Dashboard
We’re redesigning the Agent Dashboard to bring the most important info front and centre — like who’s on track, who might need a nudge, and how your group is doing overall.
🛒 Streamlined Ordering (Coming October!)
From 1st October, you’ll be able to place orders for next Christmas as well as manage this year’s — all in one place, clearly labelled. It’s a game changer for planning ahead.
💬 Easy Reminders & Customer Invites
You’ll soon be able to send automated payment reminders and invite customers to join the portal using a personalised link — ideal for sharing by WhatsApp or social media.
🤝 Better Support for You
Every Agent dashboard will soon include a profile for your dedicated Account Co-ordinator — so you know exactly who to contact if you need help or advice.
