Β Β Β 50g (2oz) meringue (either bought or make yourself)
Β Β Β 225g (8oz) mixed berries + extra to decorate
Β Β Β Β Method:
Β Β Β 1.Β Whip the cream with the icing sugar to soft peaks
Β Β Β 2.Β Crumble over the meringue and fold in gently
Β Β Β 3.Β Mash the fruits together and gently stir into the cream and meringue mixture
Β Β Β 4.Β Spoon into sundae dishes and decorate with fruit
