To view your balance on a Gift Card or eVoucher, add your items to the basket and proceed to the payment section. Select ‘Use Gift Card or eVoucher’, enter your code and PIN, then click ‘Check remaining balance’. You’ll then be able to see your balance. You can also view the full instructions here.
Do I have to spend it all in one go?
Nope — remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
Can I use more than one card for one order?
Yes — you can apply up to 10 gift cards or eVouchers in a single online order.
How long is the Sports Direct Gift Card valid?
The card is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after that is cancelled.
What happens if I return part of something bought with a gift card?
Refunds are usually issued back onto the gift card or as a new gift card, not cash.
Are there any exclusions or conditions?
You can’t use a gift card to buy other gift cards.
Some brand-partner items online may limit which payment methods you can use.
