How does an Active Favourites Gift Card work?
You’ll receive a physical gift card by post. It works like a Visa-style card at any of the participating retailers, and it can also be added to the One4all app to use digitally.
Where can I spend my Active Favourites Gift Card?
At 16+ retailers including Sports Direct, JD Sports, Foot Locker, Go Outdoors, Halfords, TK Maxx, John Lewis, Fanatics, Bio-Synergy, Urban Outfitters, Kitbag, Lush, The Golf Club, Cycle Solutions and Uprise Bikes. You can also swap it for a John Lewis or Zalando eGift.
Can I still get Sports Direct?
Yes! Sports Direct is one of the retailers included in Active Favourites.
When will I receive my Active Favourites Gift Card?
We’ll dispatch your gift card in October or November, once your payments are complete.
Can I split the Active Favourites Gift Card across multiple purchases?
Absolutely. Spend the balance in one go or across different retailers, whatever works best.
When does the Active Favourites Gift Card expire? Are there any fees?
Your gift card is valid for 5 years. There are no fees for the first 18 months. After that, a charge of 90p per month is deducted from any remaining balance, so it’s best to spend it within 18 months.
How can I check my Active Favourites Gift Card balance?
You can check your balance anytime online at the One4all website, in the One4all app, by text message or by phone.
