You’ll receive a physical gift card by post. Just hand it over at the till in any Primark store.
Can I use the Primark Gift Card online?
Not at the moment. The gift card can only be used in Primark stores. Primark is expected to introduce gift card payments for Click & Collect soon, so keep an eye out for updates.
When will I receive my Primark Gift Card?
We’ll dispatch your gift card in October or November, once your payments are complete.

When does the Primark Gift Card expire?
Your gift card stays active as long as you keep using it. It will expire 24 months after it was last used or its balance was last checked, and any remaining balance will be lost, so be sure to use it within this period.
