We caught up with Natalie, a long-standing Variety Agent from South Shields, to find out how she helps her customers make Christmas more affordable – and more joyful.
👋 Meet Natalie
Natalie has been a Variety Agent since 2014. She lives in South Shields with her partner and their three daughters aged 11, 9, and 5.
“I love the build-up to Christmas – the cosy movie nights with popcorn and hot chocolate, wrapping up warm to visit the markets… The whole festive season just has this beautiful aura.”
🎅 Why She Became an Agent
Like many busy parents, Natalie wanted to enjoy Christmas without the stress of last-minute shopping or budgeting. Becoming a Variety Agent made all the difference.
“I became an Agent to make Christmas easy and stress-free. Honestly, I couldn’t be without it now.”
💚 What She Loves Most
Natalie’s favourite part of the role is giving others that same sense of ease and control.
“I love being able to help my friends and family pay for Christmas in advance. It takes so much pressure off them.”
💸 A Special Use for Commission
Natalie uses her commission to create magical moments for her children.
“Each year, I let my kids choose a Christmas activity – usually it’s breakfast with Santa. It’s not always affordable when every penny counts in December, but thanks to the commission, we can make it happen.”

“Please do it! You won’t regret it. Christmas feels so much more special when you’re not stressing about money.”
